Hello, I'm Hilary W.

My significant other Stephen, is a finance manager at a boating center, but also a very skilled woodworker and musician. Stephen spends his time beautifying our surrounding landscape and enhancing its defining characteristics. We both love art and creating. I’m a jeweler and artist (amateur ukulele/keyboard/bass player as well). We love exploring with our pup, Scully, and never know what we will find. There are huge rock bluffs behind the house that usually are mostly moss covered. At the bottom is a concrete well, next to the head of the spring, which trickles down to the “pond.” We don’t have much information on the history behind everything, but there used to be a relic store which was being used as storage before we moved in. We had to demo the building to comply with the loan terms, but we still have the foundations and slabs, where we have added a car port and store wood. The family who built the house I believe was in the concrete industry, which is why the pond has concrete walkways all around it. The relic building was built first in the 70s, then the house in the 80s, then it was renovated in the 2000s. It’s very peaceful and very well lit, so Stephen can work in the dark. We are currently in the process of cleaning up the pond area, so we can enjoy the space more. We have yet to really inspect the hot tub yet, but will eventually do something with that too. There are deer, owls, bunnies, and birds. I have seen only one snake, but it was a black snake, which is good. Very magical place.
