I am a professional chef and self-discovery coach. I travel around the UK for my work as a coach and chef. I have three children, with two living away from home. We have two cats, and love living by the sea. I am originally from East London and my heritage is Cypriot Turkish. I am on BBC Radio London a few times a month and I love talking about the topics of food and self-discovery!
